A LinkedIn MCP server your AI assistant can drive

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) lets desktop AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT call external tools securely. LinkedBuddy is a LinkedIn MCP server: connect it once, and your assistant can draft, schedule, and organize your LinkedIn work — using only LinkedIn's official APIs, so your account stays safe.

Draft & edit posts

Ask your assistant to draft a post, generate hashtags, or turn a blog link into a LinkedIn-ready draft.

Schedule & manage the queue

Schedule posts for a specific time, reschedule, or cancel — they publish through LinkedIn's official API.

Triage inbox & comments

List messages and post comments, get drafted replies, and mark conversations handled.

Track leads & competitors

Add leads, update their status, and monitor competitors — all by chatting with your assistant.

How connecting works

  1. Create a free LinkedBuddy account and connect your LinkedIn profile.
  2. Copy your personal MCP server URL from the Connect page.
  3. Add it as a connector in Claude Desktop or ChatGPT Desktop and sign in with your LinkedBuddy account.
  4. Ask your assistant to draft a post, plan your week, or triage your inbox — it calls LinkedBuddy's tools as you.

Safe by design

Publishing and scheduling go through LinkedIn's official API with your explicit authorisation. Where LinkedIn doesn't permit automation — DMs, comment replies, connection notes — the assistant drafts and you send. Nothing pretends to be you.
